As a new user, you must sign up on the website via "Create profile". After providing us with your email address, you will shortly after receive an email containing a link to Proceedy Timeline and an activation key. When you click the link, you will be directed to Proceedy Timeline where you can create your profile.

You can share a folder in three different ways:

  1. From the front page by clicking the "sharing" icon next to the "+" icon 

  2. From the front page by clicking the three dots when hovering a folder

  3. From within a folder by clicking the "share" icon in the right top corner.


Share the folder with people via email. Type in an email address and press "send invitation" to share the folder. The recipient will receive an email containing a link that gives full access to the contents of the folder.

If someone from your organization has already created a user, the administrator must add that person as a new user in the Proceedy Timeline. You do this by using Proceedy Management, which can be found in the top right corner. Here, you can manage users in the organization by adding or removing them.
