Purpose
The use of your data occur with following purpose:
Parts of the information will be used to fulfill the statutory obligations including the bookkeeping law and the financial statements act.
You are able to withdraw your consent through the cookie solution on the website and cancellation og the newsletter.
Categories of personal data and where does the personal data originate from.
We collect personal data in connection to article 6 in data protection legislation.
The personal data collected appear by technological leads through cookies and ordinary contact informations in connection with registration for the newsletter or for the online services.
The type of personal data
We collect technological information as IP address and contact information such as name, job, e-mail and phone number on our visitors who request admission for the offered online services. Also the ones who addresses by other means via e-mail og contact form.
Legal basis
In order to collect, use and possibly pass on personal data, we must have a legal basis according to the data protection rules, including the data protection regulation and law.
Recipients or categories of recipients
Our data processors (IT suppliers) receive and process data based on our instructions and in accordance with our privacy policy.
We have entered into data processing agreements with all data processors on the basis of the authorities' latest recommendations.
Transfer to recipients in third countries
We do not aim to transfer personal data to third countries. In cases where we transfer personal data to third countries outside EU, it happens where the EU Commission has made a decision on the adequacy of the level of protection, or to uncertain third countries using the EU Commission's approved standard regulations on data protection, so that the transfers are at all times subject to necessary or suitable guarantees so that your rights as registered are safeguarded. Personal data is deleted on an ongoing basis. As a rule, Proceedy does not store personal data longer than is necessary in relation to the purpose that the collection of personal data must serve, unless the personal data must be stored for reasons of legislation. This could, for example, concern the Accounting Act. In that case, the personal data will be stored for 5 years after the contract has ended.

You should be aware that not all rights may be exercised to their full extent in all cases. For example, we do not delete information that we must store according to the law, or if we are entitled to continue to store the personal data for another reason.

You can gain insight into which personal data we process about you, and you can also have any incorrect or incomplete personal data corrected.
