Contact information on data protection adviser

We don't have a data procection adviser. Vi have a person who's responsible for Proceedy's use of personal data and handle any requests og complaints. Address Aage Nielsen if you have any questions - gdpr@proceedy.dk

Purpose

The use of your data occur with following purpose:

• Visit on website: statistics, user experience and documentation of consent. Take a look at our cookie politics if you wish any further details.

• Registration for newsletters and marketing

• Compliance of the agreement about delivering of Proceedy online services, including product improvements and optimizing i connection with feedback

Parts of the information will be used to fulfill the statutory obligations including the bookkeeping law and the financial statements act.

You are able to withdraw your consent through the cookie solution on the website and cancellation og the newsletter.

Categories of personal data and where does the personal data originate from.

We collect personal data in connection to article 6 in data protection legislation.

The personal data collected appear by technological leads through cookies and ordinary contact informations in connection with registration for the newsletter or for the online services.

The type of personal data

We collect technological information as IP address and contact information such as name, job, e-mail and phone number on our visitors who request admission for the offered online services. Also the ones who addresses by other means via e-mail og contact form.

Legal basis

In order to collect, use and possibly pass on personal data, we must have a legal basis according to the data protection rules, including the data protection regulation and law. 

• Visit on website: Vi processes you personal information based on your consent. Both data protection regulation article 6, subsection 1 letter a. and section 3, subsection of the cookie executive order 1 requires that we collect your consent.

• Sign up to newsletter: Vi processes you personal information based on your consent. Both data protection regulation article 6, subsection 1 letter a. and the Marketing Practices Actsection section 10, subsection 1, requires that we collect your consent.

• When using offered online services: When we process personal data for this purpose, the processing takes place on the basis of the execution of the contract, cf. the data protection regulation article 6, subsection 1, letter b.

Recipients or categories of recipients

Our data processors (IT suppliers) receive and process data based on our instructions and in accordance with our privacy policy.

We have entered into data processing agreements with all data processors on the basis of the authorities' latest recommendations.

Transfer to recipients in third countries

We do not aim to transfer personal data to third countries. In cases where we transfer personal data to third countries outside EU, it happens where the EU Commission has made a decision on the adequacy of the level of protection, or to uncertain third countries using the EU Commission's approved standard regulations on data protection, so that the transfers are at all times subject to necessary or suitable guarantees so that your rights as registered are safeguarded. You can get a copy of this on request.

Personal data is deleted on an ongoing basis. As a rule, Proceedy does not store personal data longer than is necessary in relation to the purpose that the collection of personal data must serve, unless the personal data must be stored for reasons of legislation. This could, for example, concern the Accounting Act. In that case, the personal data will be stored for 5 years after the contract has ended.

Your rights

Overall

You should be aware that not all rights may be exercised to their full extent in all cases. For example, we do not delete information that we must store according to the law, or if we are entitled to continue to store the personal data for another reason.

The rights

You can gain insight into which personal data we process about you, and you can also have any incorrect or incomplete personal data corrected.

You can have personal information deleted.

You can request that we restrict the use of the personal information. You can also object to the processing of the personal data. 

You can also have some of your personal data transferred digitally.

We are ultimately obliged to notify any recipient to whom the personal data is disclosed of any rectification or deletion or restriction of processing, unless this proves impossible or disproportionately difficult. We will inform you about who has received a copy of the personal information if you request it.

Complaint

If you want to complaint about our process of your personal data, please send an email with the details of your complaint to the above email. We will process the complaint and get back to you. 

You also have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Authority about Proceedy's processing of your personal data. Prior to such a complaint, we would appreciate being contacted.
